Hardly anyone can generally recognize that the bread diet (based on - psyllium): Neither taste nor consistency is in no way recognized. Yes, in one of his articles I have previously described the amazing properties of psyllium, which is able to magically improve the baking quality. Dietary bread from psyllium: recipe

Ingredients (1 on a small bread; advise you to use a brick shape, increase all ingredients in 1,5-2 times for larger sizes.):

  • yogurt low fat - 200 ml;
  • dry yeast - 5 g;
  • psyllium - 10 g;
  • skim milk powder* - 60 g;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • cornstarch - 40 g;
  • flour** - 4-5 tbsp;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • sugar (necessary for yeast action) - ½ tsp;
  • baking powder - ½ tsp;

*Ordinary milk is not replaced! In the absence of - put a little more starch and flour.

**You can use wheat (wholegrain or v / s), Rye, rice or oatmeal.

Preparation:

Kefir is a little warm up (a little), dissolve the sugar in it, and yeast. Stir and leave for 5-7 minutes.

After adding psyllium, stir thoroughly. Leave on 5 minutes to swell.

When the mass swells and will be similar in consistency to cream of wheat, add the remaining ingredients one by one.

Stir using a mixer or blender until uniform (to avoid clumps).

Dough shift in form (if it is not silicone, I recommend to lay a parchment) and leave in a warm place "walk" minute 30-40.
