The dough is standard (slightly changed by itself): 200 g flour (any for your taste), 70 g of sludge oil (or coconut!), 1 yolk, a pinch of salt. All rub into crumbs, then gradually add 1 / 3 a glass of cold water, blind the ball, put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 min. For a lean version, use coconut oil (best for such a test), you can do without yolk! The filling can be any, for your taste (for lean version I advise spinach + tofu)
