Liver - specific product: someone likes it, someone not very good, and some are not willing to forgive because they do not know how to cook a delicious chicken livers. It is banal "fry" - it's boring, and if from time to time - it monotonous. I recommend to vary your diet and make soufflés chicken liver.

I love this product. I believe that to include it in the diet must be at least from time to time. But it is a matter of taste .. :)

Souffle Chicken liver: a recipe


  • chicken liver - 500 g;
  • onion - 1 pieces;
  • semolina* - 4-5 tbsp;
  • eggs - 2-3 pieces;
  • salt - to taste;
  • black pepper, nutmeg, Thyme, coriander - to taste.

*Instead, semolina can use oat bran. Either add 50: 50 with semolina.


Liver wash and cut. Send in a blender (or a meat grinder) and grind until smooth.

Onions finely chop.

The proteins separate from the yolks and beat until fluffy separately with a pinch of salt.

Yolks, chopped onion, semolina, salt and spices, send to the liver. Mix thoroughly.

Gently insert proteins in liver weight, stir paddle.

Pour the contents into a mold and place in a preheated oven 180 degree minute 30-40 (check the wooden skewer).

Serve chicken liver soufflé can be both warm and cold. It goes well with vegetables, bread, ciabatta, pancakes. The dish is light, yet satisfying enough, and with proper feeding - also delicious!

Also, chicken liver soufflé well as a separate dish, and a: cheese terrine or Greek yogurt.

Universal snack perfect for lunch as well as dinner or lunch.
