If you do not know where to accommodate suburban fruits (and, in principle, any gifts of summer or autumn ... :), then the pie recipe you exactly come in handy! Plums, plums, apricots, figs, peaches, nectarines, apples, pears, even rhubarb - all fit perfectly to cook an incredibly flavorful flan and frangipani.

Of course, many of you will ask, what is this franzhipan (sounds a bit threatening, and recalls that "marzipan" ... and by chance :)? Franzhipan - a thick cream, based almond flour (or ground almonds), as well as eggs, butter, rum and vanilla.

Just say: my recipe franzhipana simplified a bit, so no super-ingredients and complex manipulation will not. The only thing that is really necessary, - 100 grams of finely ground almonds.

Flan and frangipani - this is no ordinary cake or tart, it is a wonderful combination of sand foundation that perfectly complements the delicate cream franzhipan and fruit, they give acidity, juiciness and, of course, a magical flavor.

Again, virtually any fruit suitable for cake (just too juicy not advise, as I do not advise to use berries). My favorite trio - with plums, peaches, figs.

Oh, and for those who appreciate the useful baking (one that no refined flour, excess fat and sugar), I will offer an alternative version of this recipe. Confident diet flan frangipani and you will also enjoy it.

Flan and frangipani: recipe

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour* - 200 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • 1 egg;
  • Salt - a pinch.

*You can use white flour and wholegrain wheat or oats. It is also possible to connect several types of flour.

Ingredients for franzhipana:

  • roasted almonds, ground (or almond flour) - 100 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • sugar - 70-100 g;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp;
  • vanilla - to taste.

As well as fruit from the list above (the number - at your discretion, depending on the particular fruit).

To use a mild diet cake cheese instead of butter (you may need a bit more). The sugar may be replaced syrups or stevia. Munk recommend to leave (but from durum - preferably). The remaining ingredients - no change.

Preparation:

Basis. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Oil room temperature mash with flour. Add the egg, salt. Mix until uniform. Make a ball and send it in the fridge for half an hour.

Franzhipan. Butter room temperature, whisk sugar a couple of minutes, add the eggs one at a time. Pour semolina, a little whip. Stir the ground almonds, vanilla, mix with a mixer.

If you are ready to "dietary franzhipan", then whisk soft cottage cheese, egg yolks, semolina, almond syrup / stevia and vanilla. Protein shake up separately with a pinch of salt to the strong peaks and gently admixed with the bulk.

Put on franzhipan basis. Top with slices / fruit halves, slightly pushing them into the cream.

Send cake in the oven minutes at 40 180-190 degrees. He has browned, and the readiness you'll smell is unmistakable.

Before you get out of shape, the best pie cool (a little cream should "grab").

Serve the flan and frangipani recommend cold or warm.
