Today I unexpectedly cooked soup for myself. Why is it unexpected?) Firstly, because I cook soups rarely, there is no such habit that (in my opinion, soup is not quite a balanced dish in terms of saturation with the right amount of proteins and "right" carbohydrates ). It seems to me that it was so customary since the Soviet time: to cook soup to make it easier to feed the family)) Imho
If you have never tried celery soup, be sure to try it! It's just like in the best houses in London)))
Do you eat soups?) What do you like?) How necessary is "first-second" for you ?;)
