Ingredients:

  • wholegrain wheat flour / oat - ¾ cup;
  • flax flour - a little less than ½ cup;
  • oat bran - 1 / 3 glass;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • mashed pumpkin* - ¾ cup;
  • milk - 120 ml;
  • sugar / stevia / syrups - to taste;
  • Soda - 1 tsp;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • cinnamon - ½ tsp;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • walnuts (optional) - a handful.

*You can use 50: 50 applesauce.

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Whisk the eggs with the milk, add to them all wet ingredients alternately.

Connect the wet and the dry mixture and stir spatula or mixer until uniform. Add the chopped nuts.

Spread the dough with a spoon into the cake pan, filled to 2 / 3.

Bake about 30 minutes, check the readiness of using wooden skewers.

Pumpkin muffins from flax meal must be cool before you remove from the mold. Keep in mind that there will be consistency moderately moist (Because of the flax meal and mashed potatoes).
